Little data, and only what's needed.

This notice concerns the website bgroup-srl.com, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Who the data controller is

B GROUP S.R.L., Viale Monza 347, 20126 Milano (MI), VAT no. and tax code 10052970968. For any request: brioschi@bgroup-srl.com or certified email (PEC) bgroup@legalmail.it.

What the site collects

No profiling cookies, no analytics, no advertising. The site does not use Google Analytics or similar tools.
No third-party services on our pages: fonts and images are served from our own server, so when you visit the site your address isn't passed to Google or anyone else. The exceptions are the payment for the video call, which takes place on PayPal's website (credit cards accepted too), and the replies in the chat with Brio, if you use it (see below).
Technical browsing data: like every web server, ours logs some technical information about requests for security purposes (for example the IP address and the page requested). This is used solely to protect the site from abuse and never to find out who is visiting.
Language: to show you the pages in your language, the site reads the language set in your browser. It does not use your location.
Only two technical cookies, no profiling cookies: the first (bg_lingua) remembers for one year the language you choose with the language selector, so the site does not change it for you; the second is used exclusively in the restricted area for authorised staff, to keep them logged in. As they are technical cookies, they do not require your consent.

If you write to us

If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, we use the details you send us solely to reply to you and to manage any relationship that follows, for as long as necessary and in line with our legal obligations.

If you use the chat with Brio

The chat in the bottom right-hand corner is run by Brio-AI, an artificial intelligence assistant: the replies are written by a machine and may contain errors. What you write in the chat, together with the page and language you're writing from, is kept on our server for 90 days and is then deleted automatically. To let you carry on the conversation from one page to the next, your browser only remembers a random number, in its local storage: it isn't a cookie and isn't used to recognise you. To write each reply, the text of the conversation is sent to Anthropic's artificial intelligence service, Claude. The conversations are read by B group: if you leave your contact details or a request, Brio passes it on to Davide Brioschi, who may get back to you to reply. Your IP address is used only to count messages in order to prevent abuse and isn't stored with the conversation. Please don't write sensitive information in the chat, such as health data, identity documents or payment details.

If you book a video call

For the paid video call with Davide Brioschi (bgroup-srl.com/appuntamento) we collect your first name, surname, email, mobile number, your company if any and what you tell us about the topic, and, unless you are buying as a private individual, your invoicing details (invoice recipient, VAT number or tax code, address, SDI code or PEC). We use them to schedule the appointment in Davide's diary and send you the Google Calendar invitation with the Google Meet link, to confirm by email and to issue the invoice; invoicing data are kept for the period required by law (10 years). Payment is made on PayPal, with a PayPal account or a credit card, and PayPal processes payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy notice: we only receive the outcome, the amount and the transaction ID.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing or to object to it, by writing to the contact details above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).).
